QuickCast Thoughts on the 3-2 Boilers
Purdue played with fire and almost was burnt with a loss at the hands of a bad Illini team. A week later, they were burnt by the same offensive woes, and they dropped their second game of the season. Play calling, awful conditions, a few big mistakes, not creating turnovers and not being able to finish drives combined to create a noxious mix for our Boilers. Purdue has now scored just 13 points in three-straight games…and regardless of the reasons, that few points simply won’t yield many wins in this era of college football.
Here are a few more thoughts following the deluge game in God’s Country last Saturday.
